WHAT'S GATHERBAND'S RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Your Gatherband must be unworn and arrive back to us in its storage case with all 10 original sets of initials for a full refund. See our full return policy HERE.

Yes, Gatherband Friendship Bracelets ship internationally!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking email the moment the delivery truck peels out of our parking lot. Depending how close you are to our home in Connecticut, your order will arrive in 2-6 Business Days.

HOW MANY INITIALS DOES A GATHERBAND COME WITH?
20 Total. 10 sets of your first initials. 10 sets of your last. So you start with yours and trade with 10 of your friends!

DO THE INITIALS EVER FALL OUT?
Nope. Never. We tested 19 rounds of prototypes and acquired multiple patents to make sure the initials are super easy to trade—but only come out with precise thumb pressure.

DOES GATHERBAND SELL ON AMAZON?
Nope. Since every order is 100% custom with thousands of letter & color combinations possible, Amazon was not a strong partner. Selling strictly on Gatherband.com keeps our prices low and our customer service super friendly :)

WILL THE INITIALS COME OUT IN MORE COLORS?
We have 6 colors currently available: Black, Chameleon, Salmon, Sea Blue, Sky Blue & White. But we need your help to decide which color should come out next! Cast your vote HERE.

DO THE BANDS ONLY COME IN BLACK?
Yes, only black at the moment. But we plan to launch multiple colors in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to know when they drop, plus enter to win a Free Gatherband every month just for doing it :)

ARE GATHERBANDS WATERPROOF?
Yes. 100% Water, Sweat, Pool, Shower, Ocean and just about anything proof!

CAN I BUY EXTRA GATHERBAND INITIALS ONLY?
Absolutely. No need buy a whole new band. Extra initials arrive in sets of 10 and can be purchased in every letter & color HERE.
